By registering a child, you agree to hold Stanwood Community Church harmless of any accidents that may occur. We will try to contact you first if any injury or harm may happen, but if medical intervention be required and cannot contact the parent or authorized guardian, we will seek medical attention as needed.
You also agree for Stanwood to use photos and videos that your child may be included in for the website and Facebook page. No names or other information of you or the participant will be intentionally dispersed.
